Targets are for high school recruits. Numbers under each target show your difference (green = meets or beats it). Roster averages show how big players get once they're in a college program.

Where these numbers come from

Recruit targets (what the app scores you against) combine two recruiting services' position standards for high school prospects: Go Big Recruiting (height, weight and 40 for four tiers, Power 4 through D3) and Lance O's Recruiting Network (ranges for FBS, FCS and D2/D3/NAIA). Where the two disagree, the target sits between them.

College roster averages are shown for context. The Power 4 row shows all-FBS figures from 2023 FBS starting depth charts (3,000+ players). FCS (Ivy League) and D3 (NESCAC) figures come from the project's Football Recruiting Measurables research. College programs add a lot of weight, so an FBS starting lineman averaging 310 lb was usually recruited closer to 280–290.

Speed: targets assume laser or verified times. Hand times usually run 0.20–0.24s faster (Athlete Quotient), so the app adjusts them.

No public source measures every roster at every level, so treat these as guidelines, not cutoffs. Measurables open the door; film, grades, varsity experience and position skills decide offers.
